Umar and El rocks!! I met 15 people for quotes and I picked them because of their honesty and competitive pricing. My house was infested by rays and mouse. We can hear them scratching at nightime from the corners of several rooms. At first we thought it was racoons but after several quotes, pics and videos, we saw the rats and their droppings everywhere! Our biggest problem was the rodent proofing, but then we found out our fiberglass insulation was only one ir two inches instead of the standard 12 inch for comfort. Another problem was the attic opening was from my bedroom and they creatively suggest to create a door from the garage attic with latch and seal my private room entrance. There were many holes on the light gap so they help to put light caps and closed the big gap on my furnace area to save energy. They use foam and mesh wire. It took them 9 hours and what impressed me was that they don't take short cut in blowing the loose cellulose insulation into 12 inch. They told us they were coming back the next day to get more cellulose supply. I really appreciate their hardwork, professionalism, and honesty. El even helped me to fit my furnace filter which I really appreciate! The cellulose has limited lifetime warranty and 5 years warranty for the rodent proofing. We went up to the attic for inspection and was impressed at how clean and nice smell our attic is now! They really make sure we're happy and satisfied and to call them anytime if we have any problem. I have had such a positive experience with Insulation Allaince. I'm a property manager and the hallway for a building I manage gets extremely hot. We decided to try out blown in insulation to see if that would help our heat problem. The team has been super easy to work with. They work quickly and efficiently. They prepped my house kept things clean inside. Finished all the work in 1 day, they worked hard for 10 hours and got the job done and I checked myself to to ensure the work. Everything was vaccumed out sanitized and cleaned out well. They re-wrapped all my ducts also. They came back 3 weeks later to check the attic and the traps set!
